Submission
The National Microbiology Data Center (NMDC) was announced in June 2019 by the Ministry of Science and Technology and the Ministry of Finance, and is built by the Institute of Microbiology, Chinese Academy of Sciences as a supporting unit. The center is responsible for the management, sharing, and service of scientific data in the field of microbiology in accordance with the "Scientific Data Management Measures" issued by the state in 2018
  • The data number published by the National Microbiology Data Center can be directly used in international journals
  • Supporting data storage and sharing for Chinese scientists when publishing articles
  • Supports submission of various types of data such as microbial samples, nucleic acid sequences, microbial genomes, microbial metagenomes, transcriptomes, protein structures, journal attachments, etc.
  • Support the submission of project data for national key research and development programs, scientific and technological resource survey projects, international cooperation projects, etc
  • Submit the data on the same day and complete the review and issue the number within three working days
  • Provide a unique identifier for each piece of data
